Andy Middleton - CEO EMEAAndy Middleton is a former Royal Marine Commando, a proven experienced, determined and successful leader. As a degree-educated sales and marketing professional he has been involved in telecoms, sports and new technology start-ups for over thirty years. He has worked all over the globe and held CEO, COO and other board positions in leading technology and media companies, including BT, MCI, MFS Communications and Alpha Telecom. Andy was involved in the creation and launch of Alpha Telecom, working as its MD through its rapid growth, as well as the subsequent disposal to Tele2 for £64million. From 2003 he was COO of the Transact Group, a global multi-media business. He had revenue responsibilities across the group companies and JV’s in the UK, the Far East and South America.
Anthony Overman - CEO North America
Anthony is a seasoned start up professional who has established and managed a number of companies including large telecoms companies ILDC and NxGen Networks both of which were successfully exited by trade sale. Anthony went on to form Regional Security Systems that specialised in high-level electronic security systems. This company was eventually acquired by Imax Security.
For the last 15 years, Anthony has worked as a specialist consultant, advising large corporate and US government organisations His clients included the US Department of Defence, US State Department, US Coast Guard and multiple Federal, State & Local Agencies and Police Departments. He was one of the founder investors in Liquid Nano.
Shane Hayes - Group CEO
A hands-on Operations and Senior Management level professional Shane has over three decades of broad industry experience. Having delivered both short-term tactical, and long-term strategic initiatives using current and emerging technologies he understands the importance of balancing key business drivers such as time to market, productivity, revenue growth and ultimately profitability. Shane has a passion for driving complex multi-faceted projects right from initial start-up phase, through the deployment phase and on to revenue realisation.
As a CEO Shane understands that technical ability alone is insufficient to drive success. It is also critical to possess the skills necessary to communicate innovative ideas, while being able to use compelling influence and communications to bring people together to make decision critical for project success despite those people often having diverse agendas.
Shane has previously been involved with several successful technology start-ups, fulfilling senior leadership roles within each. More recently, Shane lead IT transformations in the manufacturing and retail sectors for companies including Value Retail Plc., Glanbia Plc. and Claire’s Inc. Through this experience Shane gained considerable first-hand experience of both manufacturing and retail operational environments. Leveraging this experience Shane is now working to establish LIQUIDNANO™ as a key player in the Nano technology / Liquid Glass Coating sector.
